Qualified as a CA in 1988 having trained with a “big 4” firm.  Andrew established the firm in its current form in 1990, having acquired the practice of Norman L Simpson.  Has continued to develop and expand the practice every year since then.

Specialises in Business Advisory and Corporate Finance including acquisitions, disposals, MBO/MBI’s, business valuations, refinancing and restructuring.
